At Noble Bakehouse, everything we create begins with a very personal journey — a mother and daughter who spent years searching for gluten‑free cookies and desserts that actually tasted as good as the ones everyone else got to enjoy.
For so long, we felt left out of the simple joy of sharing treats. Gifted cookie boxes, holiday platters, birthday desserts… all the moments that should’ve felt warm and included often became reminders that we couldn’t partake. So we started experimenting in our own kitchen — determined to make gluten‑free baked goods that didn’t feel like a compromise.
What began as trial‑and‑error (and so many failed batches) slowly turned into something beautiful. We learned, adjusted, perfected, and poured our hearts into recipes that finally tasted like the real thing — soft, flavorful, indulgent, and made with intention.
Today, Noble Bakehouse is our way of sharing that joy with others who have felt the same way we once did. A place where gluten‑free isn’t an afterthought — it’s the standard.
We are a Texas cottage bakery, which means our kitchen is not inspected by a health inspector, but it is a dedicated gluten‑free kitchen. Every cookie, cake, cupcake, and loaf is made with care, safety, and the kind of love that only comes from baking for family.
